📝 Booking & Service Policies – Joicy Nails

Thank you for choosing Joicy Nails. By booking an appointment, you fully accept and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies are designed to protect both our clients and our business. Please read carefully.

📅 Bookings & Payments

All appointments must be paid in full in advance.
Cancellations and refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
You may reschedule your appointment only once, with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you do not attend or fail to reschedule on time, you will lose your payment.
Please only book if you are 100% sure you can attend.

👩‍🏫 Instructor Availability

Joicy Méndez is a national-level speaker and educator, and her schedule may change. Therefore:

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment at any time due to professional commitments, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
If Joicy Nails cancels your appointment, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

⚠️ Admission & Location Policy

Joicy Nails reserves the right of admission.
We may decline or cancel any appointment at our discretion. If so, your payment will be refunded.
Our studio location is private and will only be shared with clients who are approved by our team.
No guests or companions are allowed at the appointment.
Video recordings, photography, or live streams are strictly prohibited unless previously authorized.

All services (nails, lashes, etc.) are performed at the client’s own risk.
Joicy Nails and its team are not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin or eye irritations, nail damage, or any negative outcomes that may result from our services.
By booking, you fully release Joicy Nails and its representatives from any legal claims, damages, or liability arising from your appointment or the results of your service.
